Amenities here are comparable to an $800K neighborhood in Marvin. KB, McCar, M/I, Shea and St Lawrence homes offer new homes from the low 200's (KB) to the upper 300's from McCar and Shea. There are loads of great deals on inventory (already built) homes if you are in the market now...
